CS 3200 - Web Application Development I
Associated Term: Fall 2016
Learning Objectives: Students will be able to explain the underlying technologies upon which web applications rely, including databases, the internet, HTTP, JavaScript, HTML, the Document Object Model, and REST APIs. Students will be able to design the architecture of a basic web application, and explain the appropriate use of HTML/JavaScript, server-side processing, and databases. (related to program outcome #1) Students will be able to write code for all tiers of a web application, including a browser-based user interface, an API server, and a database. (related to program outcome #2)
