CS 4200 - Web Application Development II
Associated Term: Fall 2016
Learning Objectives: Students will be able to design the architecture of a modern web application, and explain the appropriate use of JavaScript frameworks, server-side web frameworks, databases, and cache systems. (related to program outcome #1) Students will be able to write code for all tiers of a web application, including a browser-based user interface, an API server, and a database. (related to program outcome #2) Students will be able to deploy modern web applications on commercial cloud infrastructure using industry-standard tools and services. (related to program outcome #3) Students will be prepared to investigate new web tools and frameworks, and evaluate their suitability for web application projects. (related to program outcome #3)
